Concept to Test

As Sr. Project Manager of Brand Development at Nextbite, I was responsible for managing the process of taking our brands from initial concept to test launch in the local Denver market. If proven successful in test, I supported the team in finalizing and delivering all assets to the Sales team for readiness to launch across the U.S. market.

In total, between May 2021 and June 2022, I delivered:

• 22 concepts to test in the Denver market

• 1 concept to test in the San Francisco market

• 8 concepts from test to launch across the U.S. market
